 Both Richard and Daniel have achieved the status of Certified Passolo Trainer, and Henk has created numerous custom implementations of Passolo at his prior employer, MedTronic. All three have an ongoing, close relationship with the Passolo engineering and management team, which is a wholy owned subsidiary of SDL International, and is based in Bonn, Germany. Richard frequently teaches Passolo to North American based customers and, in the past, has served as pre-sales support for the Bonn organization.

After a degree in translation (Chinese/Japanese) from the University of Bonn, she worked for the Japanese Embassy and joined TRADOS Germany in 1997. Since 2000 she has worked internationally as an independent consultant and trainer for translation tools and translation-related processes. Her expertise is in the field of translation memory tools, localization tools and their integration.
